The second of several public meetings designed to seek input regarding the Charlotte Avenue/Richland Park Detailed Corridor Design Plan is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. The meeting is free and open to the public, and it will be held at Breen Hall in St. Ann Catholic Church’s Parish Life Center (5101 Charlotte Avenue).
The Metro Planning Commission has prepared a PDF document with more information about the project.

Speaking of local conservation efforts, New Vision is another area organization working to raise awareness of sustainable living in Middle Tennessee. Sue Shann, one of the group’s organizers, hosts a community access TV show called Earth Revolution.
