SPNA held its annual election to select officers and Steering Committee members on Monday, January 14. The following individuals were elected to serve:

SPNA meeting and elections Monday night (Jan. 14)

Good evening, everyone! Please join us Monday night for SPNA’s January membership meeting at 7 p.m. in the Cohn Adult Learning Center (48th Avenue and Park Avenue). Elections for officers and steering committee members will be held during this meeting.

You do not need to be a member to attend any SPNA meeting, but you are welcome to join in person, by mail or online via PayPal. (You must be a member to run for office or vote in the election. See the SPNA Home Page for details about mail or online payments.)

To be eligible to serve as an officer or a member of the steering committee, you must have attended at least six membership meetings in the past 12 months and have paid your 2008 membership dues. Here are the individuals who are eligible (pending payment of dues) based upon their prior meeting attendance:

Richland Park Library closed Jan. 7-13

January 7, 2008

Richland Park Library will be closed beginning Monday, Jan. 7, through Sunday, Jan. 13, so that improvements can be made to accommodate persons with disabilities. The library is expected to reopen on Monday, Jan. 14. Bookdrops will also not be available during this time.
